Introduction
Welcome to the quick start guide for the new e-commerce Tippmann web site. The new web site was developed to provide our accounts with a new way to place and track orders with Tippmann. We designed this site to be easy to use, secure, provide order status, in-stock status, detailed product descriptions and allow parts ordering. All prices and stock status levels are directly linked to our internal accounting and inventory system so you can be assured the data is timely and accurate. Orders placed by 3:30 p.m. EST will still be shipped the same business day. We hope this new system will help you better manage your business and provide you with 24 hour access to order entry and shipments
Web Address
To visit the new Tippmann e-store, simply visit http://estore.tippmann.com/dealer. Nearly all pages are invisible without a user name and password. You may click on “customer service” at any time if you need assistance.
Logging In
To log in, click on the “sign in” tab to enter your user name and password. Your user name is your account # and your password can be obtained through your Tippmann sales representative
Order Status
Once signed in, you will be directed to your Order History page. Here you can check the status of new orders or keep track of all orders placed with Tippmann Sports. There is a complete menu of account information you can verify or review, as well.
Top Site Navigation/Quick Order Entry
From the Order History page you can click on the top menu to sign out, review your account, get customer service information, search or do a quick order entry. This is a nice feature that allows you to enter selected items. Simply add in the item #, quantity, and hit “add to cart” to go to your shopping cart.
Home/Store Front
At the bottom of every page or in numerous spots there is a Home or Store Front icon. Click that and you will be at our home page. From here you can click on a category or in some cases a subcategory (i.e. markers) which is broken into the different brands that Tippmann sells.
Order Entry
Once you select the desired category, simply enter the quantity of the wanted items on that page and hit “add to cart.” You can view five items at a time or you can view all items from that category. You can scroll back to order other items in that category, or you can hit “continue shopping” and you will be back at the home page. At any time you can also search for an item as well. If you click on an item, it will take you to a complete description with a picture.
Prices and Inventory
All prices listed are your net dealer price which is calculated from your account status. We have also included the MAP price for your convenience. All items should be considered in stock unless you see “Temporarily out of stock.” You can still order an item that is not in stock, and you will not be charged until that item is shipped. Any back orders will be reviewed by your sales representative and forwarded to you by e-mail when in stock.
Parts ordering
Parts have been broken down by the individual brands, plus we have a separate link for all schematics. If you know the part #, simply hit the search button. Or if you do not know the #, hit the schematic button to look for the needed part. Once found, enter that # in the search section to order it.
Checkout
Hit the “continue” button to take you to your shopping cart. Or, hit “add to cart,” to add that item to your order, and go to your shopping cart. At this point you can modify your order. If you need to change an item, hit “update” and the quantities will be changed or deleted as appropriate. When you are satisfied with your order, hit the “checkout” button to proceed to your address information.
Ship and Pay
When you hit the “check out” button, you will be asked to select from your current Ship-To and current Bill-To addresses. If you need to add or change an address, please contact your Tippmann sales representative. After selecting shipping and billing information, you will be asked to select your preferred shipping method from a variety of options. These options are the same as your current shipping options set up in your account. Next, select your method of payment. If you have credit terms, you may select “on account.” Otherwise, select one of your saved credit cards or enter a new card for this order. When finished with shipping and payment selections, hit the “continue” button.
Review Order
The last step in the process is to review your order and agree to the terms and conditions. Please be sure to verify all items, quantities, prices and billing and shipping information before clicking the “place order” button. After you click “place order” you will see a status page while your order is submitted. Please be patient while the order is booked and credit cards are charged for payment. After submission is complete, a page will be displayed with your printable order number and order information. A link to “your account” is provided so you can go back to your account, view order status and continue shopping. If you are finished shopping, please click the “sign out” link at the top of the page to exit the online store.
E-mail Confirmation
You will receive a copy of the order via e-mail. The e-mail will be sent to the address indicated in the “your account” section of the e-store. Please review this e-mail to ensure all information is correct as this will be used to process your order. Contact your Tippmann sales representative if you have any concerns about the order.
Sales Follow Up
You can expect your Tippmann sales representative to follow up with you if there are any issues with your order. You may also receive a follow up call to gauge your experience with our new online store. Please feel free to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to ensure that your future visits are increasingly more efficient.
